InkTip.com Preferred Subscription Newsletter Agreement

InkTip.com's Preferred Newsletter provides a way to promote writers' scripts to industry professionals interested in acquiring scripts, representing or hiring writers. You will receive approximately 6 leads a week for either a 4-month or 12-month period, depending on what you paid for (newsletter commencement date is listed on the previous page).

InkTip.com does not attest to or guarantee the validity of any industry professional or any subsequent agreements between the Subscriber and any industry professional. While InkTip.com makes an effort to ascertain that only industry professionals are included in the newsletter, it does not and cannot warrant or guarantee the identity of any industry professional listed in the newsletter. InkTip.com, its officers, employees and representatives will not be held liable for special, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to the industry professionals listed in the newsletters.

InkTip.com will give a 100% refund to any Preferred Subscriber who informs us within 30 days of receiving their first newsletter that he/she is not totally satisfied with the Preferred Subscription Newsletter.

InkTip.com reserves the right to discontinue sending the newsletter to any Subscriber, with or without cause. If without cause, the Subscriber's fees shall be prorated accordingly and refunded for the unused portion.

It is understood that not every lead in every newsletter will apply to every writer.

It is understood that the way InkTip is able to entice more industry people to use InkTip to find scripts and writers is by promotion of InkTip's results. Therefore, I promise to always inform InkTip of any relationship I form with any industry professional (such as: getting hired, optioning or selling a script, creating a handshake agreement, hip-pocket agreement, collaboration, or in any other way, working with the industry professional) that was in any way found, heard about or nurtured through InkTip, so that InkTip can not only promote myself and my works, but also promote the producer. It is understood that this is a condition to using InkTip.

Writers are not permitted to contact and/or submit to industry professionals listed in the newsletter if the writer does not have what the industry professional is looking for. InkTip.com reserves the right to discontinue (without refund) sending the newsletter to any Subscriber who submits something which is obviously not what was requested. For example: a producer asks for completed scripts along the lines of "Saving Private Ryan" and the Subscriber queries the producer without having a completed script. Example 2: Producer requests a "woman in jeopardy" drama, with the woman being the main character. The Subscriber's completed script is a "Mission Impossible" type of script.

Writers are not permitted to follow up on submissions made to industry professionals listed in our newsletter. If a producer is interested, he/she will request the script from the Subscriber. Once the script has been submitted to the industry professional, Subscriber may follow up with the industry professional after 4 weeks.

If you are unsure of whether your submission is appropriate, you are encouraged to check with InkTip.com via email.

If a Subscriber gains writing work, sells or options a script, goes into development with a script or obtains representation as a result of our newsletter, InkTip.com may post this success on their website and in their newsletters and press releases.
