Award winning director, Andrew Murray of Ernest Films, who is based
out of Australia, has begun a strong working relationship with Toronto based
screenwriter Steve Calderwood. Mr. Murray was intrigued with Steve's works,
which were posted on InkTip. Calderwood's comedy short, 'Push', is currently
in development. Andrew Murray is also working with Calderwood and his representative
on a feature project. This is Calderwood's second deal announcement in the
last couple of weeks via InkTip.com, which were both brokered through his
agent/publicist Danie Cortese Entertainment Inc.

Scribe Kristin Johnson was discovered on InkTip by David Sterling of David
Sterling Entertainment. Sterling is now working with Johnson on two feature
scripts that she is penning for him. Having worked in the film industry
for over twenty years, Sterling has produced more than fifty films including
'Unseen Evil,' 'Iron Thunder,' and 'Scooter Kidz.'

at The TCS Productions have optioned Brian Jude Leahy's script 'The Trespassing.'
This is not the first option for Leahy. The TCS has just finished production
on 'The Metrosexual.'

Jeremy Hughes of Elevate Pictures has optioned their second short script
through InkTip, Jon Baldasari's 'When Heroes Die.' Elevate Pictures found
a great set of stories by L.R. Roarty that they optioned earlier this year,
and are being animated in 3D. They have already started production on 'When
Heroes Die' and are looking to complete the edit early this summer. This
will be Jon Baldasari's first produced project.

Scribe Lizanne Southgate has sold her feature script, 'Larkin House' to
21st Century Pictures Group. Adryenn Ashley of 21st Century Pictures Group
discovered the script on InkTip. The company specializes in smaller budgeted
feature films, including 'Metal' and 'Making Metamorphosis.'

Adryenn Ashley of 21st Century Pictures Group also discovered writer Zack
Van Eyck on InkTip. They have hired Zack to rewrite a feature script currently
in development at the company and have bought two of his short scripts:
'Exit Survey' and 'The Perfect Woman.' Van Eyck has also been hired to direct
the short 'The Perfect Woman.' Van Eyck is a writer, director, and producer
of the comedy series 'Emerald City' and the docu-comedy 'Eugene's Worst
Team.' He also co-wrote with director Stacy Dymalskil the feature film 'Jupiter
Landing.'

Serena Santillanes of Industrial Media Arts has bought the rights to the
short script 'The Beginning of December' by Doug Cwiak. The script was discovered
on InkTip and will begin shooting in July. Industrial Media Arts has also
retained Mr. Cwiak to direct the project and has hired Jan Michalik as Director
of Photography.

Oliver Lessard, a Canadian producer and director with several upcoming films
in the works, has recently purchased the screenplay short 'Granddad's Visitors'
from Jill Divine, a screenwriter based out of the UK. All negotiations were
finalized via Divine's representative and publicist Danie Cortese Entertainment
Inc. Filming will commence this summer. This is Jill Divine's first screenplay
sale. Danie Cortese Entertainment would like to congratulate their writer.
This will be an Oliver Lessard Film.

Kopelson Entertainment has asked Robert Frisbee to write a spec script for
them. Ryan Engle of Kopelson was looking through the InkTip site and found
Frisbee, who placed his script as part of his award package for the International
Screenwriting Awards. Kopelson Entertainment's credits include 'Se7en,'
'The Fugitive,' 'Platoon,' and 'Don't Say a Word.' Adam Kolbrenner of Kustom
Entertainment represents Frisbee.

credits include 'Holler Creek Canyon' and 'Killer Bash' (both scripts discovered

Ian Holt, who obtained representation with AEI Entertainment when Senior
Vice President of Development Michael Kuciak found him through InkTip's
newsletter, has been mentioned in Variety! Ian's script, 'The Un-Dead' will
be produced by Ken Atchity at AEI and Jan de Bont's Blue Tulip Prods with
Chi-Li Wong. 'The Un-Dead' is a sequel to Bram Stoker's 'Dracula,' the first
sequel authorized by the Stoker estate.

Konk has optioned the feature script 'Life as a Bloodbag' from scribe Francis
Reavey after discovering it on InkTip. In 2004 Reavey had one of his scripts,
'Be Better Bob,' finish first in The Hook screenplay contest. Geoff Barbanell,
who heads up the development department, discovered the script for Konk,
fronted by principals Chris Koch (Snow Day, A Guy Thing, Malcolm in the
Middle, Scrubs, My Name is Earl) and David Kerwin (Snow Day, A Guy Thing).

Glenn Forbes through our newsletter. APB Pictures has optioned the script.
This is the first feature option for Forbes, who is attached to direct.
Forbes has directed several shorts, but this will be his feature directorial
debut. Mosoff is the producer of the feature film 'Snapped', distributed
through Thinkfilm.

direct this project. Filming will commence in June. This is Steve Calderwood's
first sale thru InkTip.com. As well, Steve has had two options and gained
representation through InkTip. The deal/options were negotiated by Calderwood's
agent/publicist Danie Cortese, who would like to congratulate their writer

by MN Norton and DW Soule. The script was discovered by Torrance Colvin,
head of 24k Black Films, on InkTip. The film is currently in pre-production
in Washington, DC, with filming slated to commence during the last week
in April. 24k Black Films, a feature film production company near Washington,
DC, focuses not only on their own productions, but they are continually
in search of quality material from other sources.

Treasure Entertainment optioned 'Move The Crowd,' a hip-hop version of 'Wall
Street,' in 2003, from Kirk Gibbs after finding him on InkTip. The project
is now set up with Omar McGee ('Flintown Kids') directing, and they have
just attached rap stars Talib Kweli and DMX to the project. William Morris
is representing the project and production is scheduled to start this summer.
Treasure Entertainment's film 'Harsh Times,' starring Christian Bale, Eva
Longoria, JK Simmons, Terry Crews and Freddy Rodriguez is scheduled for
release by Bauer Martinez and MGM this June; their NBA documentary 'Flintown
Kids,' featuring hoop stars LeBron James, Jason Richardson, Mateen Cleaves,
Chucky Atkins and Morris Peterson, will be released on DVD this year by
Image Entertainment; and their horror/Western 'High Midnight,' to be helmed
by 'Pet Sematary' director Mary Lambert, will begin shooting in New Mexico
this fall. In addition to features, Treasure Entertainment produces music
videos and commercials, manages writers and directors and serves as a sales
agent for feature acquisitions.

Entertainment Inc. Prestin has hired Pizzo to write the thriller/horror
script 'Blooddance' based on an original idea by Prestin. Prestin intends
to shoot the script January 2007.

Australian production company All At Once has optioned Mischa Ayoub's 'My
Friend Gabe' through InkTip's newsletter. All At Once is spearheaded by
Melissa Beauford and Kieran Galvin and based in Sydney and Melbourne. Recent
projects include Galvin's feature film 'Puppy' which will open in Australian
and New Zealand cinemas on 29 June, and 'Feed' which was helmed by U.S.
cult director Brett Leonard ('Lawnmower Man', 'Virtuosity', 'Man-Thing').
'Feed' will be released in the U.S. by TLA Releasing. This is not the first
option for Ayoub, who has had work optioned from InkTip in the past.

Jay So, a producer representing Film Aesthetics.LLC in Los Angeles, has
optioned the hilarious college sex comedy, 'The Road to Intercourse', written
by Larry Postel. Under another shingle, AMG-Media, he has previously optioned
a modern day Frankenstein horror/thriller 'Skeleton Wreck' and a bone-chilling
horror/mystery 'Flicker,' both written by Keith Robinson. All three scripts
were found via InkTip's site. 'Flicker' is currently nearing pre-production
stage with Rob Schmidt ('Wrong Turn') to direct in 2006. Jay is open to
co-production/co-financing opportunities with other producers. Postel currently
has another script, 'Creepy Movie', in preproduction, scheduled for an early
summer shoot.

Award winning film & TV producer Sasha King, founder of Princess Pictures,
has just completed shooting the NIFTC-funded short film 'The Hotel Trade'
by InkTip scribe Benedict R. Fancy in Co Down, Northern Ireland. King also
produced the controversial TV documentary on celebrity chef Conrad Gallagher
that obtained record TV ratings when broadcast. One of her short films,
'Nostradamus and Me', funded by New Line Cinema, won the Galway Film Festival
2004. Princess also produces music projects including the soundtracks for
international release of TV series 'Bachelors Walk' and 'Pure Mule' and
manages the NYC / Dublin rock band Communal. Martin Brennan directed 'The
Hotel Trade.' He comes from an assistant directing background, and previously
directed the NIFTC/Lottery funded short film 'Soldier'. He is currently
working on the script for his first feature film 'The Fairy Tree' with co-writer
Michael B. Jackson. Benedict R. Fancy was the 5th finalist in the 2003 American
Gem Short Script Competition.

Ada Davis and has been optioned. Davis plans to begin production on the
short in a few months.

Little Studio Films has signed director Marco Della Fonte, whom they found
through InkTip. They optioned his script 'International Departures' and
have been working on developing it. The film, budgeted at $8 million US,
is in the vein of 'Crash,' five stories taking place in five airports with
the overall theme that explores the meaning of having an identity. They
are going into production in July. Casting is currently underway, and they
are in ongoing negotiations with A-list talent. In Tandem Films, a leading,
UK-based worldwide distributor, will also be executive producing. Its founder,
Gary Smith, ran Winchester Film for many years. The film will be produced
by Little Studio Films' theatrical production company, Tornado Pictures.
Producers are Alexia Melocchi and Alexandra Yacovlef. Marco Della Fonte
is directing the film.

Watt is busy pulling the producing and creative elements together for a

will be producing. The deal was negotiated by Young's agent Ben Silverman
at the Characters.

Alison Reddihough of Amulet Films has optioned the feature script 'Llangfihangel'
by InkTip writer Gareth Williams. Reddihough found the script on InkTip.
Amulet Films are based in Sussex in the UK and have produced and directed
two 35mm short films, 'Ghosthunter' and 'Moth.' 'Ghosthunter' was short
listed for the Short Live Action Academy Award and was the subject of the
book and DVD 'How to Make Great Short Feature Films, The Making of 'Ghosthunter.'
Amulet Films' latest short 'Moth' is represented by the British Council
and is playing at film festivals around the world. They have also been developing
two feature film projects with funding from the Film Council via two of
its regional agencies, Screen East and Screen South. For further details

and 'Dallas Morning News.' The short was executive produced by Cale Boyter
(who was an executive producer on such films as 'Elf,' 'Wedding Crashers,'
and 'A History of Violence') and was produced by Davis who also starred
in the film next to 'Night Court's' Richard 'Bull' Moll. 'Boy Next Door'

script from the InkTip well of writers, this time selecting 'Cooking4Luv'
by scribe Dawn Winkler. Although Brace Yourself! Films of Zion are still
in post on their current movie, 'Affected: The AIDS Project,' they selected
'Cooking4Luv' because it is a wonderful slice of life movie for African
Americans and already have attached major stars to the film in only two
weeks. With the feature projects Tony has written and the 2 purchased off
InkTip (including 'No Greater Love') in the past 4 months Brace Yourself!
Films has rounded out their production schedule for the next 3 years. This
is the first option for Winkler, who is also a playwright and working on
her MFA.

Scribe Richard Lasser is writing a script based on a story idea about landmines
by Kieth Merrill and Douglas Memmot. Merrill of Kieth Merrill Productions
found Lasser through our network. Lasser is working with demining experts
at the US State Department and various NGO's who have done demining to give
the script the proper verisimilitude. Lasser has done quite a bit of collaborating

Produced InkTip Project Airs! Please check out the film 'Treasure Hunters'
(formerly titled 'Lil River Rats') on Showtime. The family film, co-written
by Cindy Parrish and Dan Hall of VMS, Inc. (who met through InkTip), had
its theatrical premiere in 2004 in Indianapolis (where the film was shot).
Hall also produced and directed the film. You can watch the film on Jan

screenplay by award-winning Hollywood-based British screenwriter Max Myers.

Plan'. Rock Road Media then entered into a deal with Matthew for two additional
properties – one of them titled ‘Celebrity Bookie’. 'The Business Plan'
stars famed television pitchman, Mathew Lesko. RRCG/EMCI and Gibbons developed
a programming strategy designed to cross Lesko over into mainstream television.
‘Celebrity Bookie’ is slated to star host Louie Lombardi (24 and the Sopranos)
along with four other well known gambler/celebrities from the world of film,
television, comedy and music. They will review the week in sports, and place
real money bets on the weekend match ups. RRCG and Gibbons made their first
deal less than 30 days ago for the program. Credits for Rock Road Media
include the television show 'The Brokers' and the 2004 Champ Car Race Season
on SpikeTV.

Matt Kuiper and Rhonda Berkely. Award winning commercials director Paul
Emami is set to direct and it is being executive produced by Sam Najah.
Production is expected to begin at the end of this year or the beginning
of 2006.

talent. Roma then introduced BJ to Tom and thereby secured a writing assignment
for BJ. Reel World Management is owned by managing partner and president,
Roma Roth ('Viva Los Nowhere', 'One Last Dance'). Reel One Entertainment
is headed by Tom Berry ('Screamers', 'The Assignment'). Reel One Entertainment
executive produces 8-10 films per year and is a partner in the foreign sales
company, Imagination Worldwide, with its chairman, Pierre David. In addition
to gaining representation and a writing assignment, BJ recently optioned
another script to a UK based production company (not through InkTip).

Stephen Manuel has optioned the comedy script 'Lucky Teeter' by Jason
Allen, which was found through our network. Stephen Manuel is an independent
director based in Germany with numerous credits in international TV, film,
commercials and short films. Last January, 'Lucky Teeter' won first place

and Beacon Pictures. Bill recently produced an indie feature starring Maria
Menounos, who is set to join the cast of Fox's 'The Fantastic Four'. They'll
be going out to the studios with the project and a few others in the first
quarter of 2005. This is Bart's 3rd screenplay optioned in the last 10 months.

I want to report that RIVER RATS, the family film co-written by Cindy Parrish

Mainline Distribution already has it out on DVD in the foreign markets and
will begin distributing it in the U.S. soon. In February 2005 it will air

'Slasher: A Killer Comedy by John Woodard' and 'Dog Days' by Robert Rosenberg
was optioned by Producers Ray Wagner (Turner and Hooch) and Dinah Perez.

Producers Daniel Baur and Matthias Benner of B2 Pictures have optioned 'The
Last Spring Break' written by Brian Stensager. The principals of B2 were
involved in financing/executive producing 'The Company' (directed by Robert
Altman), 'Eulogy' (by Michael Clancy), 'Ask the Dust' (distributed through
Paramount and directed by Robert Towne) and 'Modigliani' (starring Andy
Garcia).

John Azpilicueta of JAGQA Productions in association with Warren Dueñas
of O27 Entertainment have optioned Lee Martin's script 'Dead Man's Walk'
(Logline: Vengeful young gunfighter's life changes as he hunts his last
man). John Azpilicueta and Warren Dueñas just produced Randy White's
'The Neighborhood' starring Kid Frost and Michael D. Olmos. Terry D. Porter
(Lee's Rep) brokered the deal. Lee will also be an associate producer on
the project.

Shannon Clark of Copasetic Creations has optioned 'Mr. Boogs' by Donna Kienbaum.
Shannon learned the packaging business while working in the motion picture
literary department at William Morris Agency. Afterwards, he went on to
introduce an innovative marketing campaign at Crane Productions Marketing
Company, which was used by major studios in the release of blockbuster films.
Credits include: 'Everyday Heroes' and 'The Fork In The Road'. Melissa Read
of the Jim Preminger Agency (Donna's Rep) brokered the deal.

Centanni Productions has optioned 'Yellow Brick Road' by Justin Wiles. Tony
Piciotti found the script through our network and then set it up with Centanni,
where he is set to direct. Tony has won a number of awards, including Tellys,
Vision, Aurora, ITVA and various other awards at various festivals.

UPDATE: A while back we mentioned that Kraig Wenman's script 'Intermedio'
(formerly 'Dead and Dying') was optioned and was in pre-production. The
story is now being shot! It stars Edward Furlong ('American History X'/'Terminator
2'), Cerina Vincent ('Cabin Fever'/'Not Another Teen Movie'), Amber Benson
(from tv's 'Buffy the Vampire Slaye'r) and Steve Railsback (star of 'Helter
Skelter'/'Gein'). It is being directed by Emmy nominated actor Andy Lauer
and David Michael Latt is the producer. David's credits include: 'Evil Eye',
'Detour' and 'The Source'. More credits can be seen on IMDB.com. Andy, popular
for his four-year run as 'Charlie' on the hit NBC comedy series 'Caroline
in the City', was one of the stars in 'Just Desserts', which premiered on
