Mission Statement:
We strive to go the extra mile with our critiques, raising our clients'
scripts to professional status. We guarantee our services and provide affordable
consultations. Our goal is to make the script represent the clients' vision,
not ours.
About Us:
Our script critiques are comprehensive, though we specialize in particular
areas related to critiques. Our specialties include punching up dialogue
and creating lean visual descriptions that leap off the page -- especially
to readers' eyes.
Our experienced proofreader Christina has over five years of experience.
She is also a court reporter, giving her extensive expertise in the mechanics
of the English language. On occasion, she also offers typing services for
writers. If interested, contact us for details.
Currently, our founder, Sammy Montana, is a story editor for a well-known
film and tv production company. As a person who has been lucky enough to
travel and live in various countries, Sammy Montana has his hand on the
pulse of international cultures. He coaches writers in creating authentic,
3-D, non-stereotypical, and complex Middle Eastern (Persians and Arabs)
and East Indian characters. He also lends his expertise in the creation
of Muslim characters. Our clients have expressed their satisfaction with
our services by sending referrals our way, which makes us feel honored.
Sammy Montana's acting experience ensures that your characters will speak
to potential actors who might influence the green light for your screenplay.
Currently he is a short-story writer and screenwriter who has studied at
UCLA Extension as well as with Karl Iglesias and Michael Hauge. Many of
his critiques are based on other experiences with numerous script consultants
such as a Linda Seger-trained consultant. Please see the FAQ for rates
and other information at www.thescriptarchitect.com

Some Testimonials
"Sammy's comments on my script were incisive and thoughtful, and I
definitely feel his critique will help me to improve the script I submitted
to him. Sammy spends a great deal of time when he reviews a project so I
would recommend that you submit only your best work for his review. "
Jim Hoffman - West Hollywood, CA
