InkTip and its services are available for free to professional producers, agents, managers, directors, name
talent, and any other entertainment industry professionals involved in the finding and acquisition of scripts
and intellectual property.
InkTip’s application process is fast, and requires your name and contact information. To fast-track
your membership, you may provide us your credits/background information and references.
We confirm all potential members’ qualifications to ensure the safety and security of our network
and our clients.
Producer, Director & Name Talent Benefits
Finding the writer or script you need is fast and easy. It’s not uncommon for producers and reps to
find their perfect script within a week or two – the fastest time being about 10 minutes.
Controlled Communication Between You & Writers
Contact information for a script’s owner or representative is given on the writer’s resume.
Conversely, when you download a script, your contact information (name and physical address) is visible
to the script’s rep or script owner. Writers are required to follow our strict
Writer Client Guidelines in contacting entertainment professionals.
Access to Pitches, Scripts & Writer Info
As a qualified InkTip Member, you will be able to use all of our Services including the
InkTip Executive Index and our
Writer Newsletter, giving you the ability to send out specific
leads/mandates to our writers. All Executive Index listings have at least a logline and synopsis
available for viewing. It is up to the writer whether or not his/her script, treatment or resume
is immediately available. An email system is set up on the site so that you can easily and quickly
send a message to a writer requesting their script.
