While doing research on an ancient artifact, Angela Allen is endowed with superhuman abilities. On the other side of the country, Dr. Dant has used a similar artifact to summon the Phantom Army. Using the Phantom Army, Dr. Dant kidnaps Angela. Two of Angela’s classmates are empowered by the artifact, and together they destroy the Phantom Army.
