Santa Clarita Film Office

Savannah Film Office
The Savannah Film Office is a full service, professionally staffed and certified Film Commission.

The Savannah area boasts a wealth of locations including the nation's largest historical district, an evergreen urban forest & unique and timeless coastal and rural settings. Being the first planned city in the U.S., Savannah has retained its original layout with 22 public squares, quaint brick streets, and an architectural timeline which dates back to 1733. Period locations abound that easily double 19th century U.S. or European cities, and our marshes and swamps have often played as Southeast Asia.

The area boast local tax rebates in addition to Georgia's tax incentives which are among the top in the nation.

Savannah's growing infrastructure, supplemented with regional resources make filming here economical.

Savannah is a film-friendly community with cooperative local governments and agencies. Most permits are free and are issued or coordinated through the Film Office.

The South Dakota Film Office, a component of the South Dakota Department of Tourism, was formed in 1989 to provide the following services:
  • locating sites and/or resources to match script requirements and packaging those locations in a visual presentation.
  • acting as a liaison between filmmakers and public/private domains to secure filming locations.
  • providing information on various production needs such as lodging, food services, labor, props, transportation and state laws and guidelines.

Additional crews and equipment are available from Seattle, a short 35 minute flight or four hour drive from Spokane, but a world away in terms of cost and workability.

The Spokane Film Office will make your location scouting easy with 24-hour turnaround upon request for preliminary location photos, permit applications and more. In fact, we regularly provide same day digital photo service, posting location options on the web to make scouting a breeze and minimize your pre-production costs. Our film friendly city and region offer new, simplified permitting as well as reasonably priced services, making eastern Washington and the Inland Northwest a great choice for your next project.

St. Petersburg-Clearwater Area Film Commission
The St. Pete/Clearwater Film Commission serves Pinellas County, Florida from Tarpon Springs to Fort De Soto Park, from Dunedin to Safety Harbor, Oldsmar to St. Pete Beach. Thousands of commercials, TV shows, feature films and digital media projects have filmed here.

St. Pete/Clearwater is part of the greater Tampa Bay production center, thus offering the wide resources of a metropolitan region as well as the amenities of a close community.

The film commission participates in direct marketing and trade missions at major film markets, festivals and tradeshows in North America and Internationally. Film SPC supports local signature Film Festivals. These events showcase the area to out-of-town Producers and Filmmakers helping to bring new production to the area. Additionally these events are a major tourism draw for the St. Pete Clearwater area.
Film SPC fosters industry development with free workshops, an online production guide and location database. The Film Commission is focused on creating Branded Digital Media Content and Industry Development of in-Destination Digital Media Content for YouTube, Vimeo, Hulu, Amazon, and other digital platforms.
All productions needing a permit can easily apply online at our website. Film SPC helps productions find locations, crew and all needed support services.

Film SPC has a local film incentive program. Film, TV, digital media, music videos and more are eligible for the development marketing partnerships. The goal of the incentive is to provide exclusive destination exposure for St. Pete/Clearwater as an area with a growing reputation for filmmaking and television programming, great locations, and excellent crew and equipment resources. Without a State Film Incentive Program, the focus is on Feature Films under $1 million, Digital Projects, Web series and high profile Music Videos. Larger film budgets can benefit by shooting a portion of the film in the area and still receive the incentive.

St. Petersburg Clearwater is a blue-sky, sun-drenched getaway home to 35 miles of white sand beaches, including TripAdvisor's No. 1 Beach in 2016. Off the beach is St. Pete, named one of the Top 52 Places to Visit in 2014 by The New York Times---in large part because of its world-class art scene, which features the acclaimed Dali Museum and Chihuly Collection.
Stanislaus County/Modesto Film Commission

Stockton/San Joaquin County Film Commision
San Joaquin County does not charge permit fees to film producers! Honest! This helps make the county an excellent choice for low or high budget films. The film commission is a subsidirary of Visit Stockton.
Suffolk County
From the historic architecture garnishing our villages and towns to the sweeping white sand beaches and barrier islands that form part of the Atlantic coast, one may find few places on earth that offer the geographic and architectural diversity found on Long Island's Eastern End. Moviemaking has been in our blood since 1902 when Biograph studios began filming here. There aren't many better prepared or more willing than Suffolk County to help make your production a success.
Surf City USA - Visit Huntington Beach

Huntington Beach is a Film Friendly Community, and because of that we've taken measures to ensure that your filmmaking process is a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable one.

Our ten miles of coastline offers a variety of amazing looks - from our beautiful municipal pier to the rocky cliffs of dog beach. We allow cars on the beach for driving shots, have ample coastal parking, and of course, we're the perfect spot to film a surf scene. But there's much more than just the beaches! The Huntington Beach Film Commission is proud to offer free assistance to film, television, photographic and commercial productions working within the City. Tampa Hillsborough Film Commission
Tampa/Hillsborough County offers among the most diverse filming locations in the state of Florida.
Team Volusia Economic Development Corporation
Volusia County and its municipalities utilize Team Volusia Economic Development Corporation for all inquiries for motion and still photography in Volusia County. Tennessee Entertainment Commission

Tennessee has a professionally trained production base.  You'll have access to production services, studio facilities and post-production facilities to accommodate every budget. Tennessee's entertainment sector also benefits from a long list of nationally recognized companies such as Creative Artist Agency, William Morris Endeavor, City National Bank, Sony's Affirm Films, Scripps Networks Interactive and Regal Cinemas. 

And we're in this for the long haul. We have the education pipeline in place to produce a sustainable workforce for both film and television production. There are 73 different production-specific programs offered at 35 institutions across the state.

Tennesseans don't have to move to Los Angeles or New York to learn and work in the film and television industry. More and more, it's the other way around.

Triangle Regional Film Commission
The Research Triangle Region of North Carolina is located in the center of the state and comprised of the 13 counties surrounding the world famous Research Triangle Park, the largest and oldest corporate research park in the United States. From Raleigh, a major city with an impressive modern skyline, to quaint small towns, mountain-like wilderness, miles of flat farmland, lakes and recreation areas, historic neighborhoods, futuristic architecture, and the 250 year old Revolutionary War era town of Hillsborough, we offer almost any location and look needed.
