Tony Bracy (W/P/D) of Brace Yourself! Films of Zion has acquired another
script from the InkTip well of writers, this time selecting 'Cooking4Luv'
by scribe Dawn Winkler. Although Brace Yourself! Films of Zion are still
in post on their current movie, 'Affected: The AIDS Project,' they selected
'Cooking4Luv' because it is a wonderful slice of life movie for African
Americans and already have attached major stars to the film in only two
weeks. With the feature projects Tony has written and the 2 purchased off
InkTip (including 'No Greater Love') in the past 4 months Brace Yourself!
Films has rounded out their production schedule for the next 3 years. This
is the first option for Winkler, who is also a playwright and working on
her MFA.

Just Singer Entertainment found Dave Shailer's script 'Victim Complex' on
InkTip and have optioned the script. This is the first option for Shailer
who has had his comedy material published in the UK and has performed on
BBC Radio 4. Just Singer Entertainment has produced numerous TV shows and
films like 'Go Figure,' 'Halloweentown,' and 'Right On Track.'

David Silverman of Wit's End Productions discovered scribe Ziad Semaan on
InkTip and has entered into collaboration with him on the script 'Laplace's
Demon.' Semaan is based in London, England and has worked with other production
companies on scripts like New Line Cinema. Silverman has produced a number
of TV shows including 'Dilbert' and 'Girlfriends' as well as written for
such projects like 'The Wild Thornberrys Movie' and TV show.

Wolfgang U. Wagenknecht of Wolfpack Pictures has optioned 'The Redeemer'
by Mark Steensland through our network. Steensland has written, directed,
and produced two features of his own prior to this option: 'The Last Way
Out' and 'The Gospel According to Philip K. Dick'. Both are in distribution
and have played in the festival circuit. Wagenknetch directed, produced,
and co-wrote the film 'White Air' starring Riley Smith, Dominique Swain,
Paul Logan, and Tom Sizemore.

Scribe Richard Lasser is writing a script based on a story idea about landmines
by Kieth Merrill and Douglas Memmot. Merrill of Kieth Merrill Productions
found Lasser through our network. Lasser is working with demining experts
at the US State Department and various NGO's who have done demining to give
the script the proper verisimilitude. Lasser has done quite a bit of collaborating
in the past and has been hired by numerous production companies. Merrill's
credits include two Academy Award nominations, one Oscar and a myriad of
film and TV productions including The Testaments, Legacy, Grand Canyon IMAX,
and Treasure of the Gods.

Ian Noakes of MovieJigsaw.com discovered scribe Alanna Fox Starks through
our network and has hired her and her writing partner Rich Levine to write
a comedy feature script. The working title is 'Revenge of the Cable Guys!'
and Paul Shannon was the concept creator for the script. Levine is a produced
writer. His script 'Happy Hour,' which stars Anthony LaPaglia and Eric Stoltz,
will be out on DVD in early 2006. Starks' script 'Spirits of Nature' placed

Please check out the film 'Treasure Hunters' (formerly titled 'Lil River
Rats') on Showtime. The family film, co-written by Cindy Parrish and Dan
Hall of VMS, Inc. (who met through InkTip), had its theatrical premiere
in 2004 in Indianapolis (where the film was shot). Hall also produced and
directed the film. You can watch the film on Jan 31 on Showtime at 7AM and
on Showtime Family Feb 3 at 9:45AM and 4:35 AM, Feb 8 at 6:10 AM, and Feb
11 at 12:45 PM.

Heinrich Dahms of Buzzmedia.Network found Daniel Hughes's script 'Code 10:20'
through our network and has optioned it. This is the first feature option
for Hughes. Dahms has been a writer, director and producer of film and TV
since 1980, including the feature 'My Daughter's Keeper' (aka 'Au Pair').

Michael Kuciak at AEI is working on a script titled 'The CoolKids' by Ramsey
Dean, whom he found on InkTip. Currently, the project has director Shane
C. Drake attached. Drake is a cutting edge music video director, and this
will be his feature film debut.

Television writer and novelist Terry Prince found writer Michael A. Matteo
through InkTip's network. The two will be collaborating on a screen adaptation
of Prince's novel, 'Stanley,' the real life story of a deaf man mistakenly
placed in a mental institution years ago. The story tells how Stanley, who
was highly intelligent, overcame the challenges of his handicap and institutional
life through his charm, wits and adventurous spirit. Recently Matteo's script
'Descansos,' on which he collaborated with J. Michael Kipikash, was produced
and stars Gary Busey, Charles Durning, and Cindy Taylor.

the acquisition of 'No Greater Love' by Michael Stepakoff, who he discovered
on InkTip. Brace Yourself! Films, has purchased the script and expects to
go into pre-production as soon as it completes post-production on 'Affected:
The AIDS Project' which has a February 2006 release date. They were looking
for a project which would appeal to the immense 'Kingdom' or GospelFilms
market, adhere to their quality standards and motto to edify, educate and
entertainment. 'No Greater Love' is just what they wanted. Bracy is also
the Director of the Hollywood DV/HD Festival. This is the first sale for
Stepakoff.

Scribe Jeffrey Hawley has optioned his script 'Azrael' to Envision Entertainment
LLC. Norm Sanders of Envision Entertainment LLC discovered Hawley's script
on InkTip. This is the first option for Hawley. Envision Entertainment,
a feature film production company near Portland, Oregon, focuses not only
on their own productions but they are continually in search of quality packaged
3rd party projects.

announce that their short film 'Secret Admirer' has been produced. The short

Binoir Films has optioned Iovenko's script 'Blood Money' for this new slate.
Iovenko is a produced writer and director in Los Angeles. His film 'Easy
Six' (Showtime, 2005) stars Julian Sands and Jim Belushi and has just been
released on DVD.

'Requiem' by Michael O'Connor, 'Toolbooth Talk' by Barry M. Putt, Jr., 'Second
Chance' by David Eskin, 'Waiting for Bobby Bones' by Matthew James Mather,
'The Year of the Horse' by Franci Henny, 'Promises Kept' by Aimee Lamb,
'Worthy' by Robert Quantrill, and 'In the Shadow of 9/11' by Michel Corbeil.
Through an exclusive option agreement, the Australian Production Company
will package and set up a collective project by 10 different filmmaking
teams from around the world as a continuous and coherent scripted feature
film, slated for production in 2006.

Luo Yan of Silver Dream Productions discovered scribe Aubrey Singer on InkTip
when Yan read one of Singer's scripts based on a comic book by Singer. Singer
was then hired to write 'Bamboo Circle' for Silver Dream Productions. Singer
has also written and co-created a comedy pilot for Chum/City Television
in Toronto. Luo Yan recently produced 'Pavilion of Women', starring Willem
Dafoe.

Scribe Carl Lucas was discovered through InkTip by producer Cindi Rice of
Epic Level Entertainment. Rice has brought Lucas onboard to develop a feature
script with the company. The relationship began some time ago when Rice
request one of Lucas' scripts on InkTip and enjoyed his writing style. Rice
has produced such films as 'An Ordinary Killer' and 'The Scourge of Worlds:
A Dungeons & Dragons Adventure.'

Director PJ Preston of PJ Preston Productions has optioned the shorts 'Adam's
Deadline' and 'Bus Stop' from scribe Robert Heske through our network. Producers
George Hosker Jr., and Todd LeComte have come on board to begin pre-production.
PJ Preston Productions are hoping to shoot these projects in spring of 2006
in New Hampshire. Heske has won a variety of screenwriting contests and
has optioned 3 other scripts to date.

Critically acclaimed actors Giancarlo Esposito ('Malcolm X', 'The Usual
Suspects', 'Ali', 'Smoke', 'Homicide: Life on the Street') and Kim Dickens
('Deadwood',' House of Sand and Fog', 'Things Behind the Sun', 'Hollowman')
have been attached to play the leads in the psychological, erotic thriller,
'Adele', to be directed by Emmy Award nominated Bruce Caines, who did a
three year stretch on the set of Nickelodeon's wildly popular children's
show, 'Blue's Clues'. Caines will be making his feature film directorial
debut with the drama penned by John Bernstein ('Turn Right by the Yellow
Dog', 'A Corner of Paradise') and Derek Bergstrom, discovered on InkTip.
The dark screenplay is based on Danish novelist Peter Rønnov-Jessen's
book of the same name. 'Adele' is the first feature co-produced by Caines'
fledgling film and media production cooperative Wacky Dog Imageworks. Wacky
Dog will partner with Sterling Worldwide Entertainment's Pierre Romain ('Mind
The Gap') who will be on board as executive producer. This will be Bernstein's
3rd produced script.

to Linda Plamer of Runaway Productions. This is the first option for Pentzell.
Palmer has a extensive background in commercial production and was one of
the producers for 'Look @ Me.'

of Shanghai' after finding him through our network. After a couple years
of developing the script, production is scheduled to begin in the New Year
with Mikael Salomon as director.

slate. Streit is also a filmmaker and has a new film, 'God Wears My Underwear,'
on the festival circuit that Streit wrote, directed, and co-produced. It
just won 'Best Short Film' at the DNA Film Festival in Toronto.

Paul Lane of Paul Lane Entertainment discovered scribe Natalie Wallace on
InkTip, and after reviewing her work has hired her to write a script currently
titled 'Only If.' Lane has Gregory Hill attached to the project as the production
designer. Hill's credits include 'The Devil Wears Prada,' 'Law and Order,'
and Spike Lee's 'Bamboozled.' Wallace has worked in the industry as a writer
for various production companies and has had other screenplays of hers optioned.
She graduated from the University of Washington's Screenwriting Program
and is the President of the Seattle chapter of Women in Film.

content that has an opportunity to be pushed into emerging markets for the

film called 'Wrestling with Alligators.' Kanamueller has produced the short
films 'Der Strick,' 'Die Mutprobe,' 'Herbst,' and 'Rausch.' Rolmade Film
Company, based in Germany, focuses on commercial spots and feature development.
'Monkey River' is intended to be an international coproduction.

Scribe Stephenie Ruffin optioned her short script 'Elevator Hysteria' to
Staci Simpson of Magic Baby Productions, who discovered the short on InkTip.
Simpson has already shot all the principal photography for the short's main
location. The production is a collaboration with Northwest Actor's Studio
in Seattle, which is from where the actors all came and where the piece
will be screened at the end of the year. Simpson has been a freelance producer
for the past 15 years.

movies in English within the territory of Spain, which is then marketed
worldwide.

Producers Jay So and Marc H. Kim, under their new entity AMG-Media, have
optioned 2 scripts, 'Skeleton Wreck' and 'Flicker,' written by English writer
Keith Robinson. The producers found the scripts on InkTip, and 'Skeleton
Wreck' is in pre-production with principal photography to start in early
to mid 2006. This is the first option for Robinson.

in development at Paramount, DreamWorks Animation and Universal Pictures.

Bill Littlefield's novel 'Prospect' on InkTip and has optioned it. Littlefield's
agent is Mews Books, and 'Prospect' is published by Houghton Mifflin. Donado
recently produced his first feature, 'Messengers'starring Michele Hicks,
Eric Jensen and Frankie Faison, that was also discovered on InkTip! He will
also be producing 'Prospect.'

Scott Stoddard's urban thriller screenplay 'American Prometheus' was found
on InkTip by Janet E. Loftis of Bonsai Entertainment. After a colleague
mentioned 'American Prometheus' to her, she was able to download the script
within minutes after Stoddard posted it. Loftis has entered into an agreement
with Stoddard. This is the first such agreement for Stoddard.

Kenneth Eng's short 'The Theory of Everything' (formerly titled 'Singularity
and Duality'), which was discovered on InkTip by Justin Foster has now been
produced! Both Eng and Foster produced the short. Eng is not only a screenwriter
but also a published novelist; his book is 'Dragons: Lexicon Triumvirate.'
Foster is currently editing a short thriller shot on 35mm called 'One Last
Stop.' He wrote and directed the picture, which was produced in April of
2005 on location in Eastern Pennsylvania. He now divides his time between
editing the picture and working as a freelance DP and AC.

Jessica Lott of Mudlark Films has optioned another script from our network,
'A Run to Home' by scribe Brian Young. Mudlark Films recently completed
principal photography on 'Of Golf and God' with writer/director Ryan Mains
in association with Mainsfilm Productions in Vancouver. Young is an accomplished
writer with many sold shorts and feature scripts.

Janet E. Loftis of Bonsai Entertainment discovered scribe Shawn Granger
on InkTip and has signed a contract with him for his script 'Blue Jade.'
This is the first feature contract deal for Granger, who has written for
television commercials, news, comic books and magazines.

Timm Doolen of Bigfoot Entertainment recently purchased Leslie Scott's
screenplay 'Cockfight' that was discovered on InkTip by producer Justin
Cronkite for Bigfoot Entertainment. Bigfoot Entertainment, through its subsidiary
Bigfoot Partners, will produce the comedy. Based in Hollywood and Asia,
Bigfoot Entertainment produces quality independent feature films, television
programming, as well as educational and corporate content for an international
