The Festival, in its fourth year, is part of the renewed famous MEGAFEST, 18 years historical point of reference for Directors, Actors, Producers, Distributors. A big Event that includes multiple Festivals, with multi-theatres screenings in a beautiful place, inspiring seminars, exciting parties and interesting opportunities to start new cooperation and friendships.

Welcome to the fifth annual Culture & Diversity Film Festival! We celebrate the many colors of our lives and our world by screening a variety of films from around the globe. We honor the filmmakers with awards and prizes, and host parties and gatherings for filmmakers and the local community.

Our venue is the historic Raleigh Studios in Hollywood, CA. In view of possible health concerns given the ongoing pandemic, we may screen online or have a hybrid online/theatrical festival as we did last year. See our website for updates.

We accept shorts, features and music videos, and we have a special discount for California filmmakers with submission fees as low as $15. We look forward to watching your film!

Global Nonviolent Film Festival is the most important and renowned nonviolent film festival in the world.

All the films that are selected at the Festival, are guaranteed a distribution contract proposal from Globalcinema.online!

The Festival offers the best virtual platform to showcase your films, documentaries and music videos to distributors, media executives, your contacts and the general public, while competing for awards and recognition.

The Festival accepts films and music videos in almost evert genre as long as they do not showcase extreme/graphic violence such as gratuitous killings and shootings, brutal fight scenes, slash and horror.

▪ All the films, documentaries, shorts and music videos that are selected will be showcased during the 11-day event on the Festival's Streaming Channel at: www.globalnonviolentfilmfestival.com.

AWARDS

The awards are decided by the Jury.

Special Awards may be given at the discretion of the Festival's Organizers, such as:

▪ Lifetime Achievement Award

PRIZES

▪ DISTRIBUTION CONTRACT:
All films selected at the Festival receive a distribution contract proposal from Global Cinema Online - a unique pay-per-view streaming channel for nonviolent films: www.globalcinema.online. The revenue is split 60/40 (60% goes to the filmmaker).

▪ LAURELS:
Each selected film receives the “Official Selection” Laurel. Each awarded film receives its Award Laurel.

▪ AWARD CERTIFICATE:
Each awarded film receives an Official Award Certificate (in color) that is signed by the Festival’s Director, and provided by e-mail to the recipient in high resolution for printing purposes.

▪ VIDEO PRESENTATION (DAILY):
Each selected film is introduced - with commentary and trailer - in the Daily Video Presentations provided throughout the 11-day event. The Video Presentations remain available on the Festival's Streaming Channel after the event ends in order to provide long-term promotion to the participating films.

▪ VIDEO PRESENTATION (AWARDS):
Each awarded film is announced in a video presentation - film’s trailer is included - that becomes available on the Festival’s Streaming Channel on the Monday after the closing. The Awards Presentation Video remains available on the channel indefinitely for long-term promotion of the awarded films. The Video is also available for download for the use of the filmmakers.

The South Carolina Underground Film Festival celebrates all genres of independent film in one festival. Taking place in beautiful Columbia, South Carolina, SCUFF is truly an international film festival as we are seeking films from all over the globe. The SCUFF will be two packed days of indie films where fans and filmmakers can meet and mingle and celebrate obscure and independent film.

Besides promoting and showcasing the best in truly independent cinema from all around the globe, the SCUFF also promotes local filmmaking in SC. We will shine a special spotlight on SC produced films and filmmakers. Filmmakers will have an opportunity to have their works screened for a captive audience while competing for awards in many categories.

From the novice to the professional, from the student to the experimental filmmaker, SCUFF is seeking all type of films that may not be able to find an audience in more mainstream film festivals.

Drama, comedy, horror, sci-fi, action, animation, music videos, fake trailers, puppet shows, claymation, documentary, LGBT, and so on. If you can create it, we want to see it. The more obscure the better!

Do you have to ask yourself if your film is too much for our festival? If so then we definitely want to see it! Does your film push social boundaries? Would Sundance or any mainstream festival laugh at you thinking you had a chance to get into their festival? Then we want your movie!

Q&A’s will follow screening with visiting filmmakers and actors. The festival will end on the second night with a big awards ceremony as we give out the SCUFF awards! SCUFFY Awards will be given out in many categories. Our new SCUFFY awards were designed and sculpted by special effects artist Tony Rosen who is most famous for creating the Annabelle doll used in the films "The Conjuring" and "Annabelle". We also give our winners our famous miners helmets too! Official Sponsor Final Draft scriptwriting software will present software to the winners of the best unproduced screenplay categories. Unproduced screenplay categories will also receive free listings on InkTip. Producers have made more than 200 films from scripts and writers they found through InkTip.

*EFN welcomes work by new and emerging talent who are in an early stage of their career irrespective of age. We consider all filmmakers (students, recent graduates and seasoned short filmmakers) provided they haven't yet released a feature film or long form work at the time of submission*

Under The Stars International Film Festival is an international event. We accept local, national and international films. Film industry specialists watch films and videos and give notes and scores. Once a year we screen selected work at the live event in Bari.
The 4th edition has started on March 2022 and will be end in January 2023.
Every category will be rewarded with trophy or golden plaque.

Barnstorm Fest is not just a screenplay competition, its goal is to help you develop your script for production. Every script receives feedback from an industry professional as soon as two weeks from submission. Finalists receive a one-on-one consultation with a feature film producer, a consolation with Coverfly's Writer Development Team, as well as heaps of other rewards. The GRAND JURY PRIZE winner receives $2500!

At Barnstorm, we pride ourselves on helping our finalists and participants long after the festival is complete. We continue to work with and advise our participants on how to get their script made for as long as it takes. Barnstorm's ultimate goal is the preservation of independent film through the nurturing of independent voices.

FINALIST PACKAGE
Three finalists from each category will be able to pitch their projects directly to executives from Discovery Studios, Sony Pictures Entertainment Television, New Line Cinema, Warner Brothers, Relativity Television, CBS, all via iPitch.

Every finalist also receives a one-on-one consultation with a producer from Barnstorm Media who can advise you on how to get your film or television show made, or, better yet, how to make it yourself.

One finalist from each category will receive an InkTip prize package. Each prize package includes an InkTip script listing and an InkTip magazine listing that will promote your script to InkTip's large network of producers and reps.

One finalist from each category will receive a consultation with Coverfly's Writer Development team!

All finalists receive a prize package from Script Mailer, who will email your script to over 400 of the industry's top agents, including agents at ICM, CAA and WME.

All finalists will have have their screenplays pitched to the network of producers at Unsolicited Scripts.

GRAND JURY PRIZE
One script, regardless of category, will receive the Grand Jury Prize package. The package includes all prizes offered to finalists, as well as $2500.

RIFF Awards - Rome Independent Film Festival

The 30th of July 2022 is the deadline for submitting works to participate to the 21th Edition of the RIFF (Roma Independent Film Festival) that will take place from November 17th to the 25th 2022.

This year as well, filmmakers from all over the world will have the possibility to present their original works, for the last 20years, RIFF has collected and presented works coming from all over the world, giving particular attention to Indie productions.

The selected films will be over 100 (in the previous edition RIFF received over 2000 films from more than 50 countries).

The competing sections are 6:
Feature Films (Italian and International feature films, first or second time director);
Documentary Films (Italian and International documentaries);
Short Films (Italian and International);
International Student Films (for cinema students);
Animation;
Screenplays & Subjects;

The program of the RIFF 2022 will be enriched by retrospectives and seminars on different aspects of the Indie film industry. At the end of the Festival, the winners will be presented with RIFF Awards worth over 30.000 €.
